Peugeot Sport have announced via their twitter page that their 2022 FIA WEC participation will be lead by the Rebellion Racing outfit.
The Swiss team have raced at Le Mans every year since 2011 and this year have scored the first independent WEC race victory at the Shanghai 4h in November.

Peugeot revealed their return to the world’s most iconic 24 hour race to much praise, with the French marque becoming synonymous with prototype racing.
Also revealed was renders of the team’s hybrid hypercar set to join Aston Martin, Glickenhaus, and Toyota in the biggest overhaul of sportscar racing this century.
After storming to victory in 2009, Peugeot took part in their last Le Mans race two years later and, on the eve of the inaugural WEC season, pulled their hybrid entry with only a matter of weeks before the prologue.

Overall victories in 1992, 1993 and 2009, could we see one of the most amazing returns to La Sarthe in endurance racing history?
