Can Mercedes overturn Ferrari’s run of form?

Formula One heads to one of the most exciting circuits on the calendar, Suzuzka, Japan, but as the championship heads into its final stages, shift has occurred.

Ferrari have found a streak of form that has seen the Scuderia challenge Mercedes, or be quicker than the Silver Arrows, on four consecutive race weekends.

Charles Leclerc proved that the Spa victory was no fluke by doubling up at Monza, before Sebastian Vettel jumped to the front at Singapore.

It would have been a Ferrari victory at Russia, but messy team orders and an unwilling MGU-K left the team strategy scuppered, and handed Lewis Hamilton a win.

Despite that, the two red cars were significantly quicker than the silver ones, but could that be about to change at Suzuka?

The circuit is one that favours cars able to handle the medium-high speed corners that comprise some of the finest kilometres in motorsport. Mercedes have looked dominant this year, up until visiting circuits that demanded straight line speed, where the Ferrari power unit is superior.

What do you think: Can Merc stop this run of form fair and square? Or will Ferrari be on top again?
